    Du og dine kollegaer spiller en vigtig rolle i at sikre en god kvalitet, som bidrager til en høj tilfredshed i kantinen.
    Du får frie hænder til at styrer din kantine indenfor vores rammer.
    I kantinen har vi fokus på at være kreative og udforske nye muligheder.
    Konkret, vil din opgave være at håndtere indkøb, arbejdsplaner, menuplaner, planlægning af forskellige aktiviteter i huset, budgetstyring, daglig ledelse osv.
    Arbejdstiden er som følgende
    05:00-13:00, 06: , 07:00-15:00 eller 11:30-19:30.
    Vi arbejder i dag med en arbejdsplan, der hedder en aftenvagt om ugen, hvor af, hver 5. vagt er en fredag, som kantine manageren er en del af.
    Der er 6 ansatte i kantinen inkl. kantine manageren.
    Har mindst 2års erfaring i ledende roller
    Er drevet af ydeevne, herunder at give den nødvendige feedback og vejledning til at maksimere ydeevnen
    Du interagerer ubesværet på alle niveauer, fordi du kan lide at udveksle oplevelser, ligesom du besidder situationsfornemmelse
    Arbejde med en resultatorienteret tilgang og er i sagens natur en uafhængig og proaktiv person
