    The Role:

    We are seeking a Digital Asset Coordinator to help facilitate and manage current and upcoming deliveries to major platforms around the world.

    The successful candidate will be a creative thinker who can juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on organisation and meticulous attention to detail. This is a demanding and fast- paced role with growth potential that requires curiosity and significant initiative.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Ability to Work Under Pressure: Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
    2. Interest in Taking Real Responsibility: Demonstrated enthusiasm for assuming significant roles within a growing and dynamic organisation, showing initiative and ownership in tasks.
    3. Adherence to Department Vision: Align with the department's vision and guiding principles, ensuring all work contributes to overarching goals.
    4. Metadata and Taxonomy Management: Collaborate with various organisational stakeholders to establish metadata and taxonomy guidelines, actively promoting consistency in metadata application.
    5. Project Management and Communication: Define requirements and criteria for deliverables, ensuring effective communication of project statuses to internal and external stakeholders.
    6. Innovation and Quality Improvement: Dedicate time to exploring innovative approaches, staying abreast of industry trends, and applying new concepts and solutions to enhance quality and efficiency.
    7. Asset Lifecycle Oversight: Manage and contribute to the entire lifecycle of assets, ensuring final deliverables meet clients' requirements and expectations.

    Requirements

    1. Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in Media Studies or a related field.
    2. Experience in OTT Content Delivery: Minimum one year of experience delivering content to OTT platforms, demonstrating knowledge of industry standards and practices.
    3. Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage delivery timelines effectively.
    4. Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of AV file formats. Exporting, transcoding, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder).
    5. Microsoft Office Skills: Advanced skills in Excel for data management and analysis.
    6. Problem-Solving and Research: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct thorough research when necessary.
    7. Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and respond promptly to shifting requirements.
    8. Video Editing and Asset Management: Experience in editing and compiling videos and managing non-video assets and archival processes.
    9. Client Management: Assist with onboarding new clients and managing existing ones, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
    10. General Support: Provide general support to the company and assist other teams with projects as needed.
    11. Automated QC Systems: Understanding of automated QC systems, preferably Vidchecker, for quality control.
