    Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk (Temporary)

    Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a knack for numbers? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Look no further Our client, a well-established company in the finance industry, is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis.

    What you will do:

    • Process purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
    • Match invoices with the purchase orders and delivery notes
    • Resolve queries related to invoices or payments
    • Reconcile supplier statements with the ledger
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information
    • Assist with month-end closing activities
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

    What we are looking for:

    • Previous experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable is essential
    • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Team player with a positive attitude
