    Description
    We are seeking a Plumber to join us on our Facilities Management Contract working mobile across Derbyshire.

    GRAHAM FM will provide services related to both planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance of facilities in relation to mechanical and electrical assets, building fabric, roofing, roller shutter doors, fire alarm systems and domestic gas boilers.

    Hours Per Week:
    Monday - Friday 40 Hours

    Job Type:
    Permanent / Full Time
    The Multi Skilled Plumber will be responsible for
    Observe the highest levels of health and safety at all times, including carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task to ensure the best possible working practices are adhered to
    Liaise closely with our control hub to ensure efficient response to all works either working on your own or as part of a team
    Play a key role in planning and completing a range of works on various building systems
    Provide exceptional maintenance services to our high profile client and go the extra mile to deliver to the highest quality standards in all areas
    Utilise PDAs / mobiles to complete works
    Provide regular out of hours cover and participate in a staggered shift pattern to cover the client's core hours/callouts
    Plumbing qualification with at least 3 years post qualification experience
    # Demonstrate relevant previous experience in a maintenance role, particularly in relation to mechanical, electrical, plumbing or gas services
    # Full Driver's License
    # Demonstrate a sound general knowledge of multiple building services eg Carpentry
    # Recognised Health & Safety training
    # Manual Handling training
    # Confined space training
