    Partnerships Manager/ BD Manager - England, United Kingdom - Induction Healthcare Group PLC

    Description
    We are recruiting a Partnerships Manager to work as part of our Commercial Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for forging strong relationships with external business partners to help drive revenue, expand market presence, and enhance the value proposition of our product, under the guidance of the Head of Commercial Operations

    Working closely with partners and with Commercial Team colleagues, you will contribute to joint initiatives, marketing campaigns, and co-selling efforts to maximise the impact of our partnerships.

    You will track performance metrics, evaluate partnership ROI, and provide actionable insights to guide future initiatives.


    Negotiation:
    Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial terms and agreements.

    Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business development, marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop joint initiatives, marketing campaigns, and co-selling opportunities.


    Performance Tracking:
    Track and analyse partnership performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders.
    Represent Induction at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility in the market.

    Contract Management:
    Manage partnership contracts, renewals, and amendments, ensuring compliance and alignment with company goals and standards.


    Relationship Building:

    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners, as well as collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.


    Analytical Skills:

    The capability to analyse market trends, partnership performance metrics, and competitive insights to inform decision-making and optimize partnership strategies.


    Business Acumen:

    A solid understanding of the Healthcare SAAS industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape is crucial for identifying opportunities, assessing risks, and making informed decisions.


    Adaptability:

    Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where priorities may shift, and new opportunities may arise quickly.


    Partnership Management Experience:
    Proven experience in partnership management or business development roles, preferably within the Healthcare industry.


    Healthcare and SAAS Industry Knowledge:
    In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare software industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and key players. Clear understanding of SAAS business models, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition channels.

    Business Development Skills:

    A track record of building consensus, fostering alignment, and driving coordinated efforts across multiple departments to achieve common goals.


    Analytical Skills:
    Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. Analysing partnership performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and derive actionable insights to optimise partnership strategies and initiatives.
