    Compliance Project Manager

    London

    9:00 am to 5:00 pm

    Hybrid

    CSC's c ompliance team oversees global obligations to comply with regulatory and Group requirements. The Project Manager role will provide support to the team, both for business as usual activities and specific projects. The role covers all aspects of compliance support from policy management, compliance monitoring activity, functional reporting obligations as well as tasks relating to financial crime compliance including anti-money laundering. The role will primarily support the management of the compliance leadership team and any other duties that will assist the running and objectives of the wider compliance team as required.

    Some of the things you will be doing:

  • To maintain our enterprise policies and support local country compliance colleagues who will migrate and maintain local policies.
  • Support company compliance training initiatives and provide support as needed.
  • Draft company-wide communications to inform our colleagues of the developments and changes within the Legal, Risk and Compliance purview.
  • Support the library of onboarding forms and other process supporting documents and update them as needed.
  • Work with compliance leadership to maintain our country and business risk lists.
  • Support the implementation of policy changes throughout the business.
  • Update and provide SharePoint support to enable the migration of Bridge content to CSC Central
  • Support enterprise system testing of critical compliance applications and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Contribute to the reporting of management information and the submission to relevant internal and external stakeholders, including business unit leaders of Group Compliance.
  • Respond promptly to requests for information from the Legal, Risk and Compliance Leadership team.
  • Assist in the scoping, testing and delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Program and advising the business on the management of risks.
  • Supporting the collation, analysis and reporting of data required for various projects.
  • Support the wider team with various projects as needed.
  • Promote common compliance standards across CSC and across service lines.
  • Provide innovative ideas on how to improve the efficiency of daily tasks.
  • Deliver departmental projects to quality standards, deadlines, and costs.

    • What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?

  • Effective communicator
  • Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision.
  • Ability to formulate, consider and select the most appropriate solutions
  • Able to use own initiative and be open minded
  • Experience working within a compliance function
  • SharePoint maintenance familiarity
  • Project management experience a plus
