    JOIN US

    Were seeking adynamic Community Agent to join a thriving social agency. Youllclosely collaborate with Community Management team to oversee ourclient social media platforms and their uniquecommunities.
    Your responsibilities encompass the fullcommunity management on social platforms from embracing thechannels tone of voice to reviewing recognising sentiments andtagging comments.
    If you thrive in a fastpaced environmentpassionate about automotive and are excited about being the firstpoint of contact for unique communities this role is foryou.

    WHAT YOUDO

    • Act as the primary point ofcontact for the community maintaining dialogue and fosteringpositive interactions.
    • Embrace the brandchannels tone of voice to fit individual conversations &respond to highly varied tickets and situations inrealtime.
    • Monitor the community and swiftlyaddress any crisis with appropriatemeasures.
    • Enforce community guidelines andensure compliance with establishedrules.
    • Provide community support by addressinginquiries related to products services and customerservice.
    • Review tag and sentiment all usercomments via a Social Media Managementtool.

    WHO YOUARE

    • You love everything digital andare always uptodate with the latesttrends.
    • Interested inAutomotive.
    • Experienced in using common socialmedia tools and platforms.
    • Attention to detailand ability to multitask.
    • Excellent English inspoken and written form.
    • Flexible to workminimum 24 hours per week in rotating shift pattern includingweekend and night shift.
    • German language skillsare a great plus
