- Managing the cyclical activities such as grass cutting, hedge cutting, weed control, shrub and planted area maintenance, annual tree & shrub surveys, tree planting as well as any arb/hort reactive works
- Ensuring that the Operations Manager and client are kept up to date and informed of all matters relating to the delivery of the contract
- Supporting clients and internal departments from the pre planning and pre programming of works through to their completion

A fantastic opportunity for an Arboriculturist to join our team as a Green Estate Supervisor on our flagship TfL HMF contract.
This role will involve managing a team of subcontractors and developing a team of employees. The works will involve managing all aspects of Green Estate delivery including cyclical and reactive arboriculture and horticultural maintenance. This is a permanent, full-time position based from our Beddington Lane depot in Croydon, South London.The duties of the Green Estate Supervisor role will include:
We are looking for an experienced Green Estate Supervisor with excellent horticulture and arboriculture knowledge as well as experience with NEC, JCT and ICE contracts.
You will be a NRSWA qualified Supervisor, with SMSTS and CSCS gold or above.A full UK driving license is required.
