    This is a hybrid role that requires you tobe able to commute to our central London office in Fitzrovia atleast once per week.

    To supportthis mission were looking for an experiencedEngineering Manager who can lead twoof our autonomous product teams. These teams coverour verification platform which includes agent verification andeligibility.Both teams function by making decisionsbased on our business objectives. In our teams engineers delight infully taking part in making product decisions so its important thatyou enjoy contributing to and steering the product discussion. Inreturn well give you a platform to exercise your creativity andinnovate until your hearts content.

    Asan Engineering Manageryour mission will beto:

    • Play a vital role in the productlife cycle from concept to production actively engaging in productideation and development.
    • Champion tightfeedback loops throughout the productlifecycle.
    • Balance empathy for customer needswith a visionary perspective that goes beyond simply delivering afaster horse (inspired by a Stripe job description we like andagree with ).
    • Cultivate an environment wherefreedom and safety are paramount empowering every individual tocontribute fully.
    • Maintain team performance byensuring team members are motivated adhere to our pillarsand deliver on schedule according to yearly and quarterly businessobjectives.

    • Proven engineering experiencewith a strong grasp of technical aspects within crossfunctionalteams.
    • A sense of accountability that enablesyour team(s) to deliver business value consistently andpragmatically.
    • The ability to execute to adeadline when required.
    • A keen eye for ensuringPercents wider engineering goals progress alongside productfocusedwork.
    • Experience recruiting and onboardingengineers with confidence in your ability to attract and retainthem for Percent.
    • A commitment to providingcontinuous performance feedback and mentorship helping engineersachieve their quarterly and annual goals supporting their careergrowth development and dreams.
    • Strongrelationshipbuilding skills for fostering trust with keystakeholders across all domains.
    • The ability towrite clearly andconcisely.

    Bonus points but not required if you haveknowledge or love of or have been:

    • Anextechnical or product founder
