    Working in the Registry Team you will be leading and managing a team ensuring that all student module and course management, assessment and Assessment Boards to include the formal Assessment Board communication.

    To ensure that student appeal and complaints outcomes are managed accordingly.

    To ensure the Student Records System (SITS) is accurate and up to date during the students' academic journey and working with key senior colleagues looking at refinement and enhancements of the student records system to deliver a 1 st class service to students and staff.

    To provide clear advice and guidance to students, academic colleagues and other professional service teams on issues/concerns/questions that relate to Ravensbourne's regulatory framework.

    This post is hybrid working.
