    Description

    Denholm Associates have partnered with Sterling Home to recruit an eCommerce Trading Manager based on site at their head office in Tillicoultry.

    This role is all about creating a fantastic online shopping experience for our customers.

    The business has gone through a lot of positive change over the last few years, from rebranding to investing in a number of store refurbishments and marketing will have a big impact here where you'll be backed up by a healthy budget.

    You'll have a passion for furniture and understand current trends. Your keen eye for design will translate into beautifully organised product pages and a user-friendly website.
    You'll be comfortable analysing website traffic, conversion rates and customer behaviour to identify areas for improvement. Using data insights, you'll optimise product listings, promotions, and the overall website experience to boost sales.

    You'll be a team player that works closely with our Marketing, Buying & Merchandising, and Design teams to ensure everything on our website functions seamlessly together.

    Passionate about furniture and design and have a keen eye for what looks good and understand the furniture industry.

    An expert at eCommerce platforms (like Shopify or Magento), content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools (like Google Analytics).

    Adept at managing multiple projects at once and ensure everything is categorised, presented clearly, and consistent across the website.

    You'll be able to explain your data-driven recommendations to colleagues effectively.
    A lifelong learner who enjoys staying up-to-date on furniture trends, customer needs, and the latest eCommerce best practices.
    Able to travel to Tillicoultry as the role initially will be full time office based.
