    Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Engineering & Product

    Location:
    London, United Kingdom (open to remote working)

    We have been dedicated to providing small and medium businesses (SMEs) with accessible and responsive finance since 2007, acknowledging the significant role they play in job creation and global economic development.

    Despite the vital role of SMEs, a considerable percentage struggled to secure necessary bank financing last year.

    Liberis has developed a leading global embedded finance platform to cater to the financial needs of small businesses, having facilitated over $1 billion funding through 50,000 transactions and contributing to the creation and preservation of over 100,000 jobs.

    We are currently experiencing substantial growth in the UK and internationally and are seeking dedicated individuals to join us in revolutionizing business finance.

    As a Tech Recruiter, you will oversee the full recruitment cycle for Product & Engineering teams, collaborating with stakeholders to define hiring priorities and enhance the selection process.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing end-to-end recruitment for Product & Engineering functions
    • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and enhancing recruitment processes
    • Developing sourcing strategies across various channels and strengthening the recruitment philosophy
    • Enhancing candidate experience and maintaining communication throughout the process
    • Using data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies
    • Collaborating with the People & Talent team to design scalable talent processes and bolster employer branding

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in Product and/or Technology recruitment
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders and candidates
    • Expertise in fostering relationships and advising on recruitment processes
    • Capability to excel in an independent role and select diverse candidates
    • Interest in cross-functional collaboration and learning
    • Preferably familiar with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
