    Description


    This pivotal role is for a legal professional who is not only well-versed in the British common law system but also has a passion for the fast-paced world of technology.

    Your insights and expertise will be instrumental in steering the company through the complexities of compliance, risk management, and contract negotiation.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Deliver clear, pertinent legal advice on a spectrum of topics relevant to the tech industry, aiding in decision-making processes company wideDraft, assess, and negotiate a wide array of commercial contracts, ensuring they align with Quintessential AI's objectives and compliance standardsDevelop and refine company policies and protocols to manage and diminish legal risks effectivelyGuarantee adherence to all applicable laws and regulations, safeguarding the company's integrity and interestsChampion and inculcate a culture of legal compliance, risk management, and ethical practice across the organisationServe as the primary liaison with external entities, including but not limited to legal service provider Gorrissens Federspiel, and manage these crucial relationshipsDesign and conduct comprehensive legal training for staff to promote legal literacy within the companyRemain abreast of legislative changes, particularly those impacting the tech sector, and adapt company policies to maintain complianceCollaborate closely with senior management to advise on legal implications of internal strategies and decisionsAbout QuintessentialIf you are passionate about revolutionizing the dynamics of human-machine interaction, especially within sectors like shipping and other industrialized sectors, we invite you to explore exciting job opportunities with us.
