What does the role involve? Identify prospects and new business opportunities primarily through cold-calling and email campaigns.
Collaborate with Business Development Managers and senior team members to formulate a growth strategy centered on acquiring new clients.
Proactively cultivate relationships with potential clients and explore new client accounts through targeted prospecting.
Conduct research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Provide precise feedback to the team and ensure the company database (Hubspot) is consistently updated.
What can you bring to the table?Proven experience in business development or sales in a B2B environment.
Proficiency in cold-calling and crafting effective email campaigns.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software, ideally HubSpot, for managing and updating client interactions and data accurately.
