    Wereone of the UKs most trusted installers for energy efficiencyimprovements for homeowners landlords and businesses. We haveaccess to funded schemes and we supply and install insulation heatpumps heating upgrades and solar panels.

    Based inSheffield South Yorkshire our large team of quality accreditedinstallers work across the UK installing marketleadingproducts.

    Were looking for an experiencedadministrator who can prepare manage and file documents for ourincoming installation projects ensuring all team members haveaccess to necessary documentation via liaising with customers andlead generators. As an AccountsAdministrator youll be able to provide us with awide range of administrative support processing customer dataentering data into our CRM system liaising with colleagues andhandling general enquiries by phone andemail.

    You will have good administrativeexperience experience in speaking with customers ideally usingdatabases and online systems and be competent in the use ofMicrosoft Word and Excel. Excellent customer service and a flexibleapproach to work areessential.

    • Checking allcustomer documents for accuracy completeness andcompliance
    • Chasing active customers and leadgenerators to send us relevant documents in a timely and effectivemanner
    • Proactively report back anyqueries/issues/delays to team andmanagement
    • Manage our departmentinbox
    • Recording accurately all aspects ofdocumentation for monitoring and reportingpurposes
    • Working as part of the team to assistin process improvement and implementation of newprocesses
    • Work confidently in a fastpacedenvironment within KPIstructure

    Salary: 22000 perannum

    40 hours per week Monday to Friday officebased full time
