    We now have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Support Desk Analyst to join our fantastic team.

    About the roleThe CRM Support Analyst who will play a key role in providing technical assistance and support to our customers and is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our CRM systems.

    You will provide technical support and assistance to users of our CRM systems and diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to software and configuration, within the ITSM System.

    We would also expect you to stay up to sate with CRM system developments and best practices.

    To be considered for this role you will be a recent graduate with previous work experience, ideally within IT Support.
