    MultiPass is a bank challenger that provides modern financial solutions for businesses with cross-border activity.


    It offers a multi-currency business account with a live FX desk that allows international companies to manage their bank transfers in foreign markets in a simple way.

    Multipass customer offering includes local dedicated UK, US and EU accounts, as well as a single multi-currency IBAN supporting over 30 world currencies.


    MultiPass is a part of Dyninno group of companies which provides products and services in the travel, finance, entertainment, and technology sectors in 50+ countries.

    Head of Business Development EU

    Location:
    London, Riga, Moldova (Flexible location with willingness to travel)

    Role Description:

    As the Head of Business Development for the Europe region, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our financial solutions across European markets.

    Leveraging your strategic vision, industry expertise, and extensive network, you will lead business development initiatives, establish key partnerships, and cultivate relationships with stakeholders to drive revenue growth and market penetration.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market share in the Europe region by attracting new clients.

    Identify and prioritise target markets, segments, and opportunities for expansion, taking into account market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and competitive intelligence.

    Lead end-to-end business development activities, including market analysis, opportunity assessment, partner identification, negotiation, and deal closure.

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, compliance, operations and others to ensure alignment of business objectives and successful execution of initiatives.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to anticipate opportunities and challenges, and adapt the business development strategy accordingly.

    Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to senior management on business development performance, key metrics, and market insights.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

    Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or partnership roles within the Fintech industry, with a focus on European markets.

    Deep understanding of the Fintech and/or Banking landscape, including digital banking, payments, lending, and financial technology trends.
    Strong network of contacts within the European financial services industry, including banks, financial institutions, regulators, and industry associations.

    Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans, drive revenue growth, and achieve business objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to inform business strategy.
    Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
