    Description

    Introduction: J-Wadel Solutions is on a mission to build a high-performance sales team for , a pioneering technology platform. We seek proactive Sales Executives who can demonstrate exceptional understanding, strategic sales capabilities, and a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.

    The Challenge:

    Applicants will first engage with the platform to understand its functionalities, benefits, and potential clientele. Following this comprehension phase, candidates must articulate their insights and propose actionable strategies in a pitch to J-Wadel Solutions management.

    Successful applicants will then be challenged to sign up two new customers within 30 days. This task is designed to evaluate your sales effectiveness and ability to convert opportunities under pressure.

    Key Responsibilities during the Challenge:


    • Gain a deep understanding of to effectively identify and target potential client needs.


    • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to attract and sign up at least two new clients within the initial 30-day period.


    • Provide ongoing support and develop strong relationships with new clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

    Rewards and Compensation:


    • Regardless of the ongoing recruitment outcome, participants who successfully meet the 30-day challenge will receive a commission of up to 15% of the sales made from the two new clients (terms and conditions apply).


    • Potential full-time employment with J-Wadel Solutions, with negotiable terms based on performance.


    • Competitive salary and benefits package upon successful entry into the company.

    Requirements:


    • Transferable sales experience from any industry with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.


    • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.


    • A proactive approach, with the capacity to work independently and innovate under pressure.
