    Description

    Job Description

Out of the successful launch of Chase in 2021, we're a new team, with a new mission. We're creating products that solve real-world problems and put customers at the center - all in an environment that nurtures skills and helps you realize your potential. Our team is key to our success. We're people-first. We value collaboration, curiosity, and commitment.

As a VP at JPMorgan Chase, you are the heart of this venture, focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers. This critical role has been established to define and manage our business operations processes.

You have a curious mindset, thrive in collaborative squads, and are passionate about new technology. By your nature, you are also solution-oriented, commercially savvy, and interested in fintech. You will help our team solve our most pressing strategic and operational issues, such as our pricing strategy, expanding and building out new functions and processes, and more. The ideal candidate will have a balanced bias toward analysis and drive for action. This role is mission-critical and spans across project-wide initiatives, both strategic and operational.

While we're looking for professional skills, culture is just as important to us. We understand that everyone's unique – and that diversity of thought, experience, and background is what makes a good team great. By bringing people with different points of view together, we can represent everyone and truly reflect the communities we serve. This way, there's scope for you to make a huge difference – on us as a company, and on our clients and business partners around the world.

    Job responsibilities :

    • Partner closely with our leadership team to identify, prioritize, and solve critical problems for the project
    • Manage and drive end-to-end key operational and strategic initiatives across the business
    • Collaborate with technology and cross-functional teams across the company synthesizing insights and using them to set actionable plans
    • Identify and prioritize problems and structure and build quantitative, qualitative, and conceptual analyses, identifying implications and key insights to drive implementation of solutions
    • Partner with project leadership to establish an operating rhythm of the business to ensure the organization is running effectively and efficiently to meet goals and objectives
    • Create, manage, and maintain strategic presentation decks for senior leaders to increase visibility, drive alignment, and resolve blockers
    • Act as a point of contact and communicate with stakeholders regarding business operations

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Have a strong business acumen and a strategic mindset that can unpack complex problems, build solutions for them, and manage their execution
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high ownership mentality
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
    • Have an ability to pivot quickly and often, continually building new processes as the project scales
    • Familiarity with technical concepts and a strong passion for technology
    • 4-6 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, venture capital, or a high-growth startup
    • Excellent writing and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality slide decks, financial models, and analytical memos for senior stakeholders
