    Description

    Senior Recruiter Role at KC Group in Birmingham Area

    KC Group has joined forces with a prominent education company who aims to expand their recruitment team. This full-time office-based position is ideal for individuals interested in the Education Sector.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that regulations are current and adhered to at all times
    • Update recruitment procedures
    • Liaise with various departments to stay updated on new recruitment structures
    • Handle recruitment inquiries
    • Generate performance reports

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in a recruitment capacity
    • Familiarity with recruitment systems
    • Understanding of employment law
    • CIPD Level 3 qualification
    • Experience in managing inquiries via telephone and email
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with team management abilities

    Perks of the Role:

    • Hourly rate of £16.40
    • Standard working hours from 9 am to 5 pm (subject to change based on company requirements)
    • 28 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
    • Up to £5k annual performance incentive pro-rata, paid quarterly upon achieving KPIs post-probation
    • Complimentary staff lunch and on-site canteen with seating
    • 3% yearly salary increase upon each service anniversary and meeting KPIs
