    Tasks in therole

    • Lead solution architecture ofstrategic & complex projects that help drive efficiencyand effectiveness of the sales teamsperformance.
    • Work with applicable teams todesign streamlined & automated processes &practices.
    • Uncover areas within the business todrive performance improvements that unlock productivity &accelerate revenue.
    • Bring analytics &insights to the team that help influence business behaviors anddecisions.
    • Manage various stakeholders acrossthe organization & become a trusted partner to seniorleaders.
    • Work with internal partners (Forceteam PMO team Sales leaders) to drive implementation and impact incontinuous process improvement
    • Measure andquantify the impact of processimprovements.
    • Design create & workwith the enablement team to implement best practices to the fieldand monitor them for adoption &effectiveness.
    • Identify data accuracy gap anddrive initiatives to improve data model and dataquality.
    • Guide the sales process design overseesolutions and monitor implementation andadoption.
    • Optimize CRM usage and accuracy& other business tools our teammatesuse.
    • Quickly learn understand and clearlydocument current processes interactions &Dependencies.
    • Communicate to leadership on aregular basis the pursued strategy overall status and any risks ofaprogram.

    RequirementsWhowe are looking for

    • Bachelors degreein business administration marketing finance or a related field;Masters degree preferred
    • Proven experience insales operations sales management or related roles with a trackrecord of driving results
    • Strong analyticalskills and proficiency in data analysis tools andtechniques
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectivelyacross teams
    • Solid understanding of salesprocesses CRM systems and sales enablementtools
    • Strategic thinker with the ability totranslate business goals into actionableplans
    • Detailoriented with h2 organizational andproject management skills
