    You will be working at Heath street Health Centre in West Birmingham.

    There will be a requirement to learn the patient administration systems and ordering system to work effectively within a 'low' paper environment.

    There may be some requirement to phone and speak to patients and also to deal with patients and their family or assistants .

    Some degree of flexibility would be desired for cover during holiday times.
    You will be working in Heath street Health Centre located in Summerfield Primary Care Centre
    Shared management of a Department email account.

    The service has key performance indicators from local ICB and achieved Good from the CQC.

    The team is professional, friendly, flexible, work as a team and helpful towards stakeholders and staff and we look for these qualities in any new staff.

    The vacancy would be suitable for a caring and empathetic person who can communicate clearly to patients, relatives and health and medical staff with strong resilience in this specialist area.

    NVQ level 2 Customer Care Service
    Willingness to undertake further training
    GCSE Maths & English grade C
    Clerical experience
    Previous experience in hospital
