Business Development Manager - Apprenticeships

Location:
Hybrid - 2 days per week in London

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and expanding our apprenticeship portfolio.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in business development and a deep understanding of the apprenticeship landscape.

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships to increase market reach.
Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Set revenue targets and work towards achieving them through effective business development strategies.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the business development team, fostering a collaborative environment.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
Well-defined business development strategy with specific growth targets.
Engaged and motivated business development team achieving their goals.
Proven track record in business development, with a focus on customer base growth and relationship building.
Credibility in delivering sales training and leading initiatives independently.
Proven track record in a senior influencer position.
Highly professional, well-presented, and an excellent representative of the business.
Ability to influence others for the benefit of the business.
