    The Senior HR Business Partner will support regional leaders and various functional teams across EMEA playing a vital role in ensuring the teams they partner with are thriving and executing people programs at scale and, most importantly, translating business and regional strategy into people and org strategy over time.

    As a key member of our People team, you will work closely with functional and regional leaders on engagement, org health, performance management, employee development, diversity, policy, etc.

    Using data, combined with sound judgment and creativity, you'll directly influence the growth & scale of our organization. We're looking for an innovative person to help us continue to build a best in class team.

    Work with relevant stakeholders to help spearhead people programs and strategies that enhance our culture including performance management, compensation, talent development & feedback, employee engagement & retention, and internal communications.

    Partner with regional and functional leaders on org design, planning, and relevant people strategies at scale.
    Regularly provide coaching/guidance on skill & professional development, career pathing and leveling, change management, and sensitive people situations.

    Approach people matters with an eye toward compliance and reducing risks; help build and apply HR policies and manage global employee relations issues.

    Analyze trends & use data to develop people's insights and influence change.
    Build excellent working relationships across the business and our People Team COEs.
    Minimum of 10 years of relevant consulting and HR experience.

    Proven stakeholder management skills with capability to navigate nuanced and elevated situations with poise and good judgment - separating signal from noise.

    Data driven decision making experience or examples of analytical thinking patterns.
    Proven ability to effectively balance a globally consistent approach with local flexibility
