    The Content Directorof our Personal Finance / Stock website, oversees the website and ensures the website growth and continuous development.

    The Content Director is responsible for managing and overseeing not only the commercial part of the websites, but also ensuring high-quality content within all niches.

    Creating and executing the long-term strategy for Valuewalk from a content perspective and oversee all content creation for the site
    Collaborate closely with pod leadership and other departments such as SEO, Design, and Developement to execute the strategy and accomplish our growth targets
    Building an exceptional content team for Valuewalk covering news, evergreen informational, and commercial content in various verticals such as personal finance, investing, and cryptocurrency

    Create and manage content strategy, ensuring we're prioritising and producing the right content for each vertical and market that covers informational, commercial and news production.

    Tracking, reporting, and analysing traffic and commercial performance to make strategy adjustments where necessary and identify new opportunities for growth.

    Conducting performance reviews of the team members
    Recruitment and management of content team
    Conducting performance reviews of the team members
    Assisting the recruitment team in the creation of job descriptions, applicant tasks/tests, and interviews for Personal Finance / Stocks site's job openings
