    Fixed term contract until October 2025 | £24,294 to £25,979 per annum (Scale E) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich

    We are looking for the right person to join our team as a Senior Business Support Officer working alongside the Connecting Communities team. We are looking for people who have knowledge and experience in the social care field or equivalent and understand the challenges of delivering change in the public sector. We want people who are excited to work on transformation projects that ensures our residents have the best outcomes.

    You should be an adaptable self-starter who thrives in a high-profile, fast-paced project focused environment. As part of the team, you will be working with front line staff, senior stakeholders and partners across Adult Social Services and other NCC departments to help drive forward an exciting programme of transformation. You should be able to demonstrate your ability to take ownership of tasks and resolve issues, be a team player and be driven to deliver an excellent Business Support function. This role will require you to be competent with using applications such as Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint.
