    Description
    THE FIRMOur client is a market-leading investment group, specialising in renewable energies.

    Their impressive portfolio consists of over 1.2 GW of solar PV projects in operation / under-construction, and they are looking to enter further European markets, as well as diversify their asset coverage.

    With this, they are seeking a dynamic Director to join their London office.

    THE ROLEAs a Director, you'll also be expected to:
    Independently leading and coordinating the transaction execution for Debt Financings (senior, junior, unitranche)

    Leading negotiations with banks, institutional investors and infrastructure debt fundsCoordinating and liaising with all involved internal and external due diligence parties across different jurisdictionsCoordinating the development of complex cashflow based financial models and performing debt sizingSupport origination efforts within the teamTHE CANDIDATEThe candidate must satisfy the below requirements:10+ years of relevant experience from an IPP, infrastructure debt fund, project finance bank, debt advisory or private equity fundExcellent knowledge of the renewable energy spaceStrong track record of negotiating and executing transactions ideally some in Junior creditRobust technical foundationProactive, high energy, self-confident and entrepreneurial mindsetIf you are motivated operating in an entrepreneurial environment and have a passion for working in the renewables sector, please send your CV to -
