    Description

    My client, a highly successful FMCG company, is in search of a Commercial Assistant to join their dynamic team. This new role will assist the Commercial Director in the smooth operation of the Commercial Department, playing a crucial part in various commercial activities such as procurement and sales.

    This position calls for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, aiming to gain an in-depth understanding of the company's commercial operations.     Daily Tasks:

    • Administrative Support:
      - Organize and maintain documents related to sales, procurement, and market analysis.
      - Prepare presentations for meetings.
      - Manage correspondence for the Commercial Director.
    • Procurement and Sales Support:
      - Assist in procurement processes and supplier communication.
      - Handle customer-related paperwork and sales reports.
      - Coordinate marketing materials and sales promotions.
    • Market Intelligence Support:
      - Gather and organize market research for strategic decisions.

    Skills/Abilities:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
      Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
      Attention to detail.

    This role offers a salary of £30,000 and is based in Harlow at 5 days a week in the office.
