    Description
    Our client is a well known National MEP Subcontractor, part of a larger Main Contracting business. As such, they require an Electrical Project Engineer to be based on site full time.

    As an Electrical Project Engineer you will be required to:


    • Co-ordinate the services for their proper integration into the building and liaise with other disciplines.
    • Oversee the production of all drawings including plant and sub-contract layouts to ensure co-ordination.
    • Provide support to the Project Surveyor on commercial matters.
    • Maintain accurate records of labour and material elements used in the pre-fabricated sections of the project.
    • Manage technical and progress issues relating to Plant and Sub-Contractor elements using technical submission process
    • Provide support to the Site Manager on any installation matters.
    • With the Site Manager carry out regular Sub-Contract Project Reviews to plan, progress and monitor installations.
    • Support the Project Manager in all matters relating to the project and act as Project Manager in the absence of.
    • Bachelor's Degree, HNC or ONC in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
    • A suitable master's degree may be advantageous.
    • Previous project engineering experience is recommended.
    • Several years of experience working in the engineering field.
