The Role
We are looking to appoint a talented Business Development Manager to develop new temporary and permanent business within the Manufacturing and Technical & Engineering sectors in Hampshire and Sussex. This role involves:
Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, this role focuses 100% on business development, with initial account setting up and client communication for continuity. You will not be sourcing candidates or filling jobs.
This is a Hybrid role working from home 4 days a week with 1 day required in either our Brighton or Havant office. The core hours are 40 a week Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Applicants will require a full UK driving licence.
