    Head of Finance | Fast-Growth Health & Wellness Brand | London / Hybrid

    Harmonic is thrilled to partner with a rapidly expanding health and wellness brand in their search for a Head of Finance to join the team.

    Our client embodies a dynamic and energized team dedicated to excellence in the health and wellness sector. With operations spanning Australia and Europe, the company is at the cusp of significant growth, expansion, and external investment.

    This is an exciting time to join as they build a robust internal finance function to support their journey into new markets.

    As we set our sights on global domination, starting with the UK, we anticipate securing external investment to fuel our expansion before the end of 2024.

    Manage the entire finance function steering the company through a period of rapid expansion.
    Lead Month-end and management accounts, ensuring precision and timeliness.
    Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including departmental budgets.
    Create Financial models to generate comprehensive reports and insightful analyses.
    Responsibility for financial controls, statutory accounting, and compliance with accounting standards.
    Bring an outsourced finance function in house and build your own finance team.
    Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 8+ years of PQ experience
    Experience in consumer goods, food and beverages, or relevant D2C industries.
    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills & prevoius experience in building out long-term relationships with potential investors.
    SME Experience in the Health and Wellness sector or online marketplaces / eCommerce presence.
    Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    Proficiency in financial reporting systems such as Sage, Xero, NetSuite.
