Finance Manager | Harrow

Do you hold extensive knowledge of school finance along with a sharp eye for detail, making you a valuable addition to our finance and HR team?

If so, we are actively searching for a dynamic, energetic, and seasoned Finance Manager to join our team at our Harrow primary school.

Work will be exciting and fast-paced, ranging from human resources management to school finance. These positions present an excellent opportunity for you to apply and enhance your abilities.

Finance Manager:

Implement financial control procedures to ensure optimal value is obtained on the school's behalf.
Ensuring the effective execution of all aspects of Human Resources management are carried out to a high standard.
Support the school office function and build your professional profile.
Salary is £35-45k - Salary will be paid weekly via PAYE, pro rata to term time only.
Must have Enhanced DBS.

Working as a Finance Manager is essential to the school's everyday operations and offers a dedicated and driven administrator numerous chances for professional advancement.

Finance Manager Requirements:

A finance qualification or experience in finance.
Successful finance experience in a school, or in a relevant field outside education.
Experience of HR and payroll.
Knowledge and skill in using IT packages.
Commitment to promoting the ethos and values of the school and getting the best outcomes for all pupils.
Commitment to acting with integrity, honesty, loyalty, and fairness to safeguard the assets, financial probity, and reputation of the school.
Experience working in school is required.
