As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will work closely with the wider People & Culture team and stakeholders across the business .
You will be exposed to all aspects of recruiting from coordination, candidate sourcing, vendor management, offer negotiations and other various projects, whilst providing a best in class recruiting experience to candidates and operational excellence to the People & Culture team.
Coordinating the hiring planning meetings alongside the People & Culture Business Partner.Support the Business Partners with advertising roles internally and externally Experience of Job Boards, Social Media and the Company Website.
Owning entry level vacancies through sifting sourcing and screening across various job boards, direct sourcing .Record retention and data protection of recruitment documentation.
Manage internal job postings and referrals programme through to payroll.
Recruitment administration including support for the wider team, invoice management and tracking, maintenance of recruitment folders, job description bank etc
Participate in various projects related to process improvement, employer brand and ad hoc projects with the People and Culture Business Partners.
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPointExperience in supporting wider projects .Experience recruiting for entry level roles may be advantageous
