    Description
    We have an exciting opportunity for a talented HR MI Advisor to join our team
    We are looking for a new member to join our expanding systems team within the HR Unit.

    The SCTS journey towards a fully integrated people systems platform on our payroll and people system, iTrent, will also provide an integrated people data repository that will facilitate greatly improved capability in the provision of data analytics and metrics to help the organisation achieve their strategic objectives.

    The 2024/25 HR Business Plan includes an objective to establish a data management and reporting provision for HR services which will implement appropriate best practice procedures within a robust governance framework.

    As a HR MI Advisor, you will need to think flexibly, with the ability to analyse and visualise a diverse range of people data.

    Working in a team of HR Information Systems Subject Matter Experts, you will report to the MI Analyst within the HR Unit.

    Having a passion for people metrics and being pro-active and solution-focused, with excellent attention to detail, you will play a key role in improving people data, supporting operational decision making and adding value to the organisation.

    You will establish constructive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, including our recognised trade union (PCS), providing comprehensive support and guidance related to all people data and implementing organisational change.

    You will be responsible for enabling HR Business Advisers in their roles through the provision of accurate HR Data Analytics.

    You will analyse and interpret people data and make recommendations to support the HR Senior Management Team and SCTS senior managers with strategic decision making.
