    Description

    Talent-UK is excited to partner exclusively with a well-established organization in West Yorkshire that specializes in IT & Telecomms. The company is on the lookout for a full-time Business Development Manager to join their team.

    This role is permanent and involves a training period of 3 months in the office. After training, the Manager will spend at least two days per week in the office.

    Build and nurture customer relationships by understanding their needs, providing solutions, and adding value.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Prospect and onboard new customers through networking and cold calling.
    • Meet personal and departmental targets.
    • Resolve customer issues promptly.
    • Maintain an updated customer database.
    • Upsell products and manage contract renewals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategies.
    • Attend industry events and prepare proposals for customers.
    • Stay updated on new products and competitor solutions.

    Candidate Requirements (Essential):

    • Experience in IT & Telecomms focusing on new business.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Knowledge of IT, networking, cloud services, and sales principles.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Strong decision-making skills and proactive approach.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and travel frequently.
    • Team player with a UK driving license.
