- To achieve revenue and opportunity conversion aspirations in line with customer development plans
- Develop strategic relationships to grow the Compliance 360 business as well as adi Group opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the electrical industry.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing new business opportunities and converting leads into successful contracts.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the electrical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective business plans.
