    Procurement Administrator 12 Month FTC - United Kingdom - Morrison Utility Services Limited

    Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit a Procurement Administrator to work on our Thames Water Infrastructure programme contract.

    Please note this is a 12 month FTC. This role is offering hybrid working 2 days a week in the office in Crossness.

    As the Procurement Administrator you will be part of the Procurement Team and your role will be to support the Delivery Teams in ensuring cost control and administration is kept up to date and accurate. This also includes purchasing duties.

    As the Procurement Administrator your duties and responsibilities will be:

    You will be responsible for the raising of Purchase Orders through our centralised purchasing system and e nsuring the correct cost allocation to Projects and Codes. You must be able to e nsure material and plant procurement is carried out in accordance with the governance levels within the Schedule of Delegated Authorities (SODA) whilst also performing i nvoice matching and queries

    You will also ensure that payments material and plant suppliers are timely and accurate and be in c lose liaison with the site t eams to manage the day to day cost administration of projects. You must also e nsure timely completion of approval process to adhere to the project programme.
