    Description

    Joining the TUI Retail Team as a Senior Retail Manager at our Llandudno shop , you'll be responsible for one of our largest stores within the UK&I.

    You'll support, develop and lead a large team to become high performing destination experts to recommend and sell holidays, Cruise, UK Breaks and additional products.

    You'll put all customers at the heart of our business by creating unforgettable holiday experiences that make us the best-loved holiday company.

    You'll support and develop a large team to be productive, proactive, sales and customer focused driving sales and profit Instore whilst ensuring they are skilled and able to resolve customer queries and complaints, taking full responsibility and ownership of your team and results.

    With access to exceptional tools, your individuality and experience will empower you to effectively coach, develop and manage your team's performance, establishing elevated standards that boost engagement.

    Drive your team to exceed company sales and service objectives, in Retail we call it 'Smashing your Targets' alongside playing a pivotal role ensuring the success of retail initiatives.

    Highly skilled to coach, develop and performance manage a large team to be the best version of themselves
    A fair and inclusive management style that understands our people are our most valuable asset
    Confident to balance accounts, comply with company policies and procedures and responsible for managing every aspect of your store
    Flexibility to work variable shift patterns each week which include evenings & weekends in line with customer demand. Shift patterns are normally shared 4 weeks in advance
