    Dunhams Washroom Systems are a trusted brand of designers and manufacturers of exemplary laminate washroom systems (toilet cubicles, IPS, vanity unit) with over 50 years or trading experience. We pride ourselves in providing a bespoke and superior service to all our customers, from planning and designing through to delivery, with one point of contact throughout the project.

    Our goal is to provide each customer with an enjoyable service and provide high quality British products, best suited to their individual requirements and budget. We strive to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction throughout every project ensuring maximum focus and care.

    Dunhams is family owned with the management team now in 3rd generation. We care for our team and clients alike.

    Position Overview: We are looking for an outgoing and proactive Sales Support Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new enquiries through outbound calls, following up on quotes, and addressing general sales inquiries. In addition to these primary tasks, the Sales Support Representative will also assist with sales administration duties, managing inboxes, and ensuring enquiries are properly qualified and loaded into our CRM and system.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct outbound calls to generate new enquiries and follow up on existing leads
    • Respond promptly and professionally to general sales enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
    • Assist in sales administration tasks including managing inboxes and organizing sales documentation
    • Qualify and load enquiries into our system accurately and efficiently
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support the achievement of targets and goals including following up tasks due
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
    • Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs
    • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Enthusiasm
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience in effective outbound telemarketing/telesales
    • A positive attitude
    • Plenty of initiative
    • Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is highly desirable
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
    • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
    • Ambitious and goal-oriented with a strong desire to contribute to the company's growth plans
    Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
