We have a hybrid setup where employees are expected to work from an office 3 days per week. Lead, develop and directly contribute to a team of designers across the different Design disciplinesChampion user-centered design principles across the Design, Product Management, and Engineering functions
Design and deliver a vision and strategy for iterative transformation of the enterprise User Experience, working collaboratively across different functions and business-lines
Ensure that our products offer a coherent & consistent, unified User Experience across the portfolio
Lead and oversee Design for products, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with the Elekta brand identity
Collaborate with key partners to ensure product safety, reliability, performance, and user experience meet industry standards
At least 5 years working in the Medical Devices field
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Track record leading multi-disciplinary Design teams responsible for managing large complex portfolios
Passion for UX with a strong desire to advocate on behalf of users and to help others understand the importance of UX
Creative thinking, technical skills, and entrepreneurial drive across a variety of products or industries
Ability to travel domestically and internationally with restrictions
