    HR Manager
    Permanent
    Full Time – Monday – Friday (Office Based)
    Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a highly reputable and established adult and children care provider. They are proud to be delivering a high quality of CQC compliant care across our community.

    As part of their next growth stage they are looking to recruit a motivated, ambitious and adaptable HR Manager to develop and take ownership of the company HR department.

    The successful HR Manager will be integral in creating positive relationships with
    stakeholders at all levels, whilst providing a compliant and robust HR function.
    Overseeing the full recruitment and onboarding process for all employees
    Monitoring performance, Probation periods and delivering appraisals.
    Collaborating with the payroll team to ensure an efficient payroll delivery.
    Review, update and roll out policies.
    Identifying training requirements and coordinating external training provision
    Create and maintain effective staff rotas.
    Line Management responsibility for 1 admin support.

    Previous experience in HR Manager role or similar essential
    Full clean UK driving license
