    Position:
    Business Development Manager

    Salary:
    £45,000 - £50,000 + Commission
    About the Role
    The main aim of this position is to:
    - Oversee the creation of all intricate bids and quotations for the sales team
    - Serve as the main point of contact for third-party suppliers involved in complex bid production (specifications, materials, and pricing)
    Job Description
    What we expect from you:
    - Manage all aspects of the complex bidding process
    - Establish and execute a clear and effective bid qualification procedure
    - Meet targets for complex bid production and service agreements
    - Cultivate strong partnerships with third-party suppliers
    - Lead the R&D documentation creation process
    - Maintain the accuracy of the price book consistently
    - Clearly present products, services, and value propositions
    - Possess a thorough understanding of procedures and systems
    - Collaborate with team members across departments from inquiry to execution
    - Provide all necessary complex bid reports and updates to the CRM promptly
    - Implement a thorough post-bid review process
    - Be willing to travel to supplier and customer sites when necessary

    Qualifications:
    - Proven experience in B2B complex bid and quotation preparation
