    Business Development Manager

    Welcome to an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic business as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, exploring new business opportunities, and contributing towards achieving the set budget. This position offers a good balance between Account Management (60%) and New Business Development (40%).


    The ideal candidate will work remotely and in the field, ensuring effective management of their designated territory, which currently generates a turnover of 1 million. As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

    • Key Accounts management within the defined territory
    • Identifying and pursuing new business prospects
    • Meeting and exceeding KPIs set by management
    • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
    • Participating in business meetings to explore opportunities and resource requirements
    • Submitting business proposals in line with company pricing guidelines
