    Product Development Manager – London – Salary DOE (AE1774B)

    Can you manage an innovative and sustainable product portfolio, bringing ideas from concept to launch?

    This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic NPD team as Product Development Manager, you will be working on skin care and nutritional supplements. Using your high level of organisation and creativity you will manage the NPD and product portfolio delivering within budget and reflective cost analysis. You will lead and coordinate the completion of development projects that contribute to business growth.

    Use your on-point project management skills to strategically evaluate new product opportunities, and balance this with a schedule of planned product discontinuations. Keeping the product catalogue fresh and receptive to new developments in the industry.

    You will create and develop commercially viable concepts that will generate growth and have a distinct competitive advantage, keeping an eye on thelatest trends and innovation to develop highly effective skin care products aligned with the brand's sustainability values.

    You see problems as opportunities to think outside the box and work with the rest of the business to make sure everything is compliant and on track.

    You must have a proven track record of skin care and nutritional supplement product development experience and the ability to manage and inspire more junior team members.

    You forge strong relationships with the Senior Product Manager as you work to support the delivery of category objectives. Using your excellent communication to liaise with both internal and external suppliers, your key priority will be to keep the NPD pipeline functioning sustainably and efficiently.
