    Your mission is to focus on the environmental dimensions of sustainability, aligning with one of the guiding principles of the

    Scientific Vacuum Division:
    "Just minimizing harm is not enough; the goal is to achieve net positive impact." You will develop an environmental sustainablity strategy to bring a net positive environmental impact. As Environmental Sustainability Programme Manager,

    You will develop and implement, an environmental sustainability strategy for the Scientific Vacuum Division and generate inclusion and understanding across Divisional teams.

    You will help each divisional function identify and align their environmental sustainability commitments.
    You will support the divisional functions with project identification, analysis, justification, impact assessment, Business case, and project approval
    You will maintain the road map to net positive, generating, and reporting on Indicators.
    You will help ensure that our product developments reflect the market trends and changes.
    You have mulitple years of experience in strategy development and have worked with senior level management, preferably on environmental sustainability topics
    You hold a bachelor's degree in a technical field, environmental studies, business administration or comparable
    You have a proven track record in project control and delivery.

    You like to take on a mission, and work with others to develop it , gain commitment and sponsorship for, and then communicate and lead the implementation of the vison.

    You can assess and if required challenge the viability and robustness of project plans: Project cost, risks, impact
    You are open to travel.
    You are fluent in English.
