    Toensure the accurate planning of flight data, checking of deliveries againstspecifications, verifying data for billing systems.

    Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities – Data Management

  • Review daily flight data including dates, timings, menu cycle and specifications.
  • Prepared source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information establishing entry priorities.
  • Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies, resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the manager for resolution.
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Verified entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data, combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete, purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
  • Checking final figures and specifications to verify for billing.
  • Submitting on customer systems final figures and ad hoc items
  • Closing billing period ensuring accurate billing data included for submission to customer.
  • Liaising with despatch team on flight delivery details and orders.
  • Liaising with accounts and customers on billing queries.
  • Liaising with commercial team to update the pricing on the system
  • Membership to Unit safety measures in place.
  • Membership to inflight services security compliance.
  • Membership to clean as you go standard.
  • Interact with, colleagues, customers and clients in a professional manner at all Times.
  • Comply with all unit Corporate, Social, Responsibility initiatives.
  • Any other duties as requested by your manager.
  • Knowledgeand Skills

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in an office environment. (desirable)
  • Good working knowledge of Excel essential.
  • Experience or working with a number of different systems (desirable)
  • Data entry skills, good numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Good literacy skills, verbal written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication, team work and customer service skills.
  • Organisational skills.
