    Description

    JOB PURPOSE

    The role of the Apprentice Service Advisor is to:

    è Gain an understanding and knowledge of all aspects of the vehicle service department, throughout a period of introduction.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    è To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently.

    è Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

    è Qualify service and customer requirements to aid diagnosing of vehicle problems where appropriate. Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.

    è Accurately maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.

    è Manage the handover and administration of loan vehicles.

    è Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full authorisation and understanding.

    è Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.

    è Maintain relevant systems always ensuring accuracy.

    è Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the business.

    è Full UK driving licence.
