- Support the planning function, which involves creating and managing project schedules at a detailed level.
- Prepare tender programmes to support bid proposals.
- Maintain and process information from different entities and coordinate in a controlled process.
- Work closely with senior management, project teams, design teams and sub-contractors to maintain accurate and up to date data for different stages of projects.
- Track and evaluate progress of live sites and the pre-construction phases
- Apply agreed planning standards and ensure they are adopted and embedded across the programme.
- Good understanding of the construction industry and processes, from the design stage through to completion of the projects
- Demonstrate the process of the information, coordination and presentation to others
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and similar products to report and maintain schedules.
- Proficient use with ASTA Powerproject
- Preferably a construction related education (BSc/MSc)

£90,000 - £110,000 + Benefits

About the company
The business has been trading for over 25 years, remains privately owned and is currently turning over around £150 million per annum specialising with in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, basement construction and demolition. The have offices based in North West London and a regional presence in the Northern Home Counties and cover work in the city centre all the way up to Cambridge. Package values vary depending on works involved but their current largest scheme includes all of their specialist works and is estimated to value around £50 million on one project over the next two years.
About the Opportunity
Salary range of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum.
