    Description
    Excellentopportunity for an experienced Private Client Manager to join areputable accountancy practice based in the Weybridge area. Thisrole would best suit someone at Senior Manager or Directorlevel.

    Thisrole will comprise both compliance and advisory and awareness oftax issues affecting HNWIs andUHNWIs.

    Theprimary role will be to deliver tax planning and advisory servicesin relation to private clients (these could possibly include: NonDom & International clients Family office OffshoreInheritance Tax Trusts and Estate planning). The objective is forthe team to deliver a full consultative compliance and planningservice to individuals and theirfamilies.
    • Reportingdirectly to the Partners you will be responsible for the complianceand advisory requirements of many private clientindividuals.
    • Youwill be providing general tax planning to the Firms clients alongwith tax advisory projects with the Directors and Partners.
    • Managinga compliance portfolio of mainly personal and some partnership taxreturns to include monitoringofbilling and work in progress youll also meet and liaise withclients and potential clients to discuss their tax affairs.
    • Youllassist in the review of tax returns prepared by more junior membersof staff.
    • Youllbe involved in tax planning issues and youll have the autonomy toliaise proactively with clients on advisorymatters.
    • Youllalso have the opportunity to attend networking events to promotethe firm should youwish.


    Requirements

    • ACA/CTAqualified.
    • Highlevel of technical advisory expertise.
    • Selfstarter capable of motivating driving and developing the team.
    • Ableto demonstrate relevant practical experience in Private Client taxplanning.
    • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels includingexcellent interpersonal skills in dealing with clients in personand report writing with the ability to explain and simplify highlytechnical points for clients to understand.
    • Ability to provide excellent client care.
    • Strong relationship building networking and business developmentskills.
