    The Company:

    My client stands as a frontrunner in Europe, offering innovative supply chain management solutions tailored for the construction industry. They assist their clients in identifying and monitoring sales prospects, navigating risk and compliance challenges, and equipping them with tools to enhance overall efficiency in their supply chains.

    As an Account Executive you'll step into a realm where your skills and passion collide with cutting-edge solutions. They are seeking a dynamic individual who craves a challenge and is ready to drive transformation in the construction industry selling into the Public Sector.

    The Role:

    • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, selling into the Public Sector.
    • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and positioning their solutions as indispensable to their success.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Contribute insights for product development based on client feedback.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experiences.

    Key Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an Account Executive in the SaaS, technology or construction industry.
    • Experience selling into the Public Sector.
    • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technologies.
